These Terms of Service govern your use of the Safecure Medway (安愈医途) website and our medical escort services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Safecure Medway provides non-medical assistance services only, including medical appointment coordination, interpretation, translation, hospital navigation, and accompaniment. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or any other medical services. All medical decisions are made solely by licensed physicians and medical institutions.
2. Service Agreement
Specific services, fees, and responsibilities for each engagement are set out in a separate written Service Agreement signed by both parties. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history, allergies, current medications, and other relevant information before and during our service. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to disclose, or your misrepresentation of, such information.
4. Medical Disclaimer
We are not a medical institution and do not participate in diagnosis or treatment. The quality and outcome of medical care are the sole responsibility of the treating hospital and physicians. Our role is limited to communication, coordination, and accompaniment, and we do not guarantee any specific medical result.
5. Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not disclose your medical or personal information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law. Breach of this confidentiality obligation will be compensated in accordance with applicable law and the Service Agreement.
6. Fees and Payment
Services are billed per engagement or per hour as specified in the Service Agreement. A deposit is due upon signing, with the balance payable upon completion of service. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Service Agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and service manuals, is the property of Safecure Medway or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safecure Medway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from force majeure events. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for that service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to a competent court of jurisdiction.
